General Brokerage

Greystone Realty Group, our in-house RE firm, is a multifaceted service provider. The firm specializes in general brokerage, bulk acquisitions, bulk dispositions, and off-market inventory sourcing. Our agents are experts in their craft and relentlessly work to enhance Greystone’s reputation and presence in our markets of operation.

Construction Services

From new construction and large-scale renovations, to punch items and year-round maintenance for occupied rental properties, our construction division is uniquely equipped to execute any size job. We take great pride in running efficient projects and understand the critical roles construction and maintenance play in the overall investment return for our clients.

Property Management

While a portion of our clients seek fix-and-flip opportunities, we have created a property management program to care of and monitor the rental properties owned by our buy-and-hold clientele. All turns, maintenance and repairs are conducted by our construction division. Our fully integrated platform allows for clear communication between property management and construction. This approach results in a great experience for the tenant and ensures proper and timely care of the home itself.
